WHITNEY LIVE SERIES and CHEZ BUSHWICK PRESENT
POLIS 07 VIDEO ART PERFORMANCE
Examines the singularity of spectacle in contemporary
society through an intricate system of indoor and outdoor pre-conceived urban scenarios. This performance adaptation stems from the under production video trilogy Lexington Recordings. The soundtrack enters and exits the performance space with a precision reminiscent of a cinematic structure. Polis 07 has been specifically set for the Whitney Museum of American Art's Lower Gallery.
